SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Delivery is FREE throughout the national territory for orders over € 80.
Below this amount the shipping cost is € 7.99.
For orders that contain heavy items, such as scales, dumbbells the shipping cost is € 19.99, we also reserve the right to inform you of the cost of any oversized packaging.
The shipment of the goods, from our headquarters, is generally made on the next working day in which the order is received or on the same day except for material to be customized of which we will communicate the delivery.
Sometimes the retrieval of some items may result in the delay of shipment of 1/2 additional days.
When the package is entrusted to the courier, the customer will receive an email containing the link for tracking the courier in charge. Once the goods have been shipped, delivery is made in 48/72 hours throughout Italy except for islands and particular areas through express courier, however, in relation to the Coronavirus COVID-19 emergency, delays related to the courier network may occur national where some branches find critical issues and the total delivery time (evasion + shipment) could be 3-6 working days.
For orders with delivery abroad, SPORTLINE 15 ships worldwide on request (*) and for most European countries we offer flat rates and pre-established delivery times.
(*) For non-EU countries not on the list, it is necessary to request a cost estimate at the address info@sportline15.com indicating the items you intend to order, the country of delivery, the zip code.
NB: For foreign orders cash on delivery is NOT accepted under any circumstances.
